The performance of ESS is unique to the industry as it can quickly integrate a restaurant menu into it’s software, provide consistency to the restaurant’s branding, behave exactly like a digitized waiter, taking and delivering the customers order 24/7 regardless of the restaurants operating hours, monitor the entire ordering process, collect all sorts of demographic data of the restaurants customers, and provide the restaurant owner/manager marketing capabilities to increase revenue, check averages, order frequency and generate new users. All of these features are completed in a secured environment with automatic process monitoring of each order. ESS is scalable and can be translated into many languages. This feature provides the Company with substantial opportunities for international licensing in worldwide markets.

POSSIBLE ACQUISITIONS AND/OR NEW PRODUCTS The current economic downturn has created opportunities for possible acquisition in the online ordering industry sector. There are approximately 30 competitors in the online ordering space, of which 25 are prime candidates for acquisition/roll-up into the Company.
Online ordering is and will continue to be driven by consumers who enjoy technology and are “on the move”. It is inevitable that this technology will move into the wireless and digital cable domains. ESS has already been in preliminary conversations with Apple regarding the use of our application on the I-Phone. The cell phone is quickly evolving into a multi-functional tool. Mobile customers will demand the ability to order meals on their way home from work. Also, the ability to order food from your TV will be in great demand. As an example, Comcast is already providing their viewers channels for General Motors and residential real estate. In-room TV’s in hotels already have information channels for restaurants. We need to be at the leading edge of this technical development for online ordering.
The Company will continue to develop or acquire other e-commerce brand’s that utilize the economies of scale afforded by RSS.
CURRENT OPERATIONS Currently the Company has 65 restaurant locations using ESS software. Over the past several years, ESS has processed over 1.0 million orders online for its restaurant clients. The Company currently has eight employees.
MARKET SIZE & POTENTIAL Our market target for ESS is restaurant owners and operators whether they be multi-national, Fortune 500 Companies or single, independently-owned restaurateurs. Our scalable technology makes ESS affordable to all. Our geographic market target is the world. ESS technical capabilities allow the company to market and service its products in the USA and Canada from our Atlanta data center. The North American market consists of some 1.0 million restaurant locations generating approximately $617 Billion annually in sales serving more than 78 Billion meal occasions annually. The National Restaurant Associations quotes that 58% of all restaurant patrons order food for off-premises consumption (take-out). That relates to some 45.2 Billion orders are for take-out in North America, our market size.
If one extrapolates a 1% market share as our goal for the North America market, this translates into a potential 452,000,000 orders (transactions) annually and, potentially, 10,000 restaurant customers. There is no assurance regarding the Company’s ability to achieve any projections regarding potential revenue or potential market penetration.
ESS has intuitive language capabilities. Thus, we are able to translate the language software for international use. Our strategy is to grow the company in the international markets through a licensing partnership program with companies or individuals who have expert knowledge and networking in the restaurant industry of their country. As an example, the European market has 27 countries with approximately $480 Billion in annual sales. Using similar consumer trends experienced in the USA, there are some 54.5 billion annual meal occasions in the European market. Assuming our licensing partners achieve a 1% market share goal, then the total transactions per year would be 545,000,000.
Emerging markets, such as China and India, offer incredible opportunities for the company.
